• Years of Experience: 1 years
• Flu Vaccine Required
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required
• Certifications: BLS
• Must have infusion experience. Skilled home care experience- Will not accept private duty nursing experience only
• Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience.
• IV skills and wound care
• General Medical Dx
• High risk Dx: HF, COPD, Mi, Pneumonia, Stroke
• Post-op care
