Logistics Coordinator

We are a dynamic and growing 3PL seeking an L2 – Logistics Coordinator to join our Trenton, SC team. The role focuses on continuous improvement, operational efficiencies, and layout. Responsibilities Handle customer queries, escalations and a large volume of day‑to‑day reports throughout the customer order life cycle. Build a close working relationship with Key Account control tower staff by understanding their day‑to‑day business requirements and providing appropriate service. Ensure that a large number of customer and carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly, submitted on time and with accurate content. Apply scheduling, planning and coordination activities to support product inbound and outbound operations. Communicate effectively both internally and externally with customers and stakeholders. Process order set‑up via the preferred internal system, including EDI feeds or manual creation. Ensure orders are picked and processed in a timely manner to meet KPI requirements and help monitor and maintain proper inventory levels per customer expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Customer service background in logistics or planning with the ability to build relationships with customers and resolve problems in a timely manner. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook, with a strong emphasis on Excel (V‑Lookups, Pivot Tables a plus). Ability to adapt and work effectively in a constantly changing, high‑pressure environment.
