The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time. This role supports the finance department by verifying invoices, resolving payment discrepancies, and assisting with day-to-day accounts payable operations.

$18.50 - $20.00 hourly

• Review and process vendor invoices for payment.

• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.

• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.

• Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payment inquiries.

• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.

• Follow company policies and accounting procedures.

• Enter financial data into accounting software with accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Handling sensitive financial information professionally and ethically
