Pulmonary-Critical Care Physician – Texas We are seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care physician for a private pulmonary & critical care group practice established in 1977 consisting of twenty board-certified physicians and multiple advanced practice providers. We have six offices with two sleep centers. Schedule & Clinical Opportunities Staff of seven pulmonary & critical care physicians and ten advanced practice providers (two office-based and eight hospital-based) Practice mixture approximately 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient medicine On-site intensivist services provided 24/7 Monthly schedule includes 20 shifts: seven daytime ICU shifts, five to six night shifts 5pm‑8am (with APPs taking over after midnight), five to six daytime hospital shifts, four half-days of pulmonary clinic (one half day per week) Additional hospital shifts available if desired Advanced bronchoscopy including navigational Intuitive Ion robotic-assisted bronchoscopy Sleep medicine practice opportunity for interested candidates ECMO program participation Clinical education opportunities Compensation & Benefits Earning potential among partners in the group greater than 90th percentile of MGMA Financial package: guaranteed base salary with production-based quarterly bonus Opportunity for partnership Medical insurance (BC/BS PPO or HSA) Life insurance and long-term disability 401(k) and profit sharing Malpractice insurance ($500k/$1M) Annual dues/CME: $2,500 Moving allowance up to $10,000 Contact us today for more details.
