The Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics seeks a Clinical Geneticist to join a highly collaborative and growing faculty. This role offers the opportunity to practice across the full spectrum of clinical genetics within a well-established, multidisciplinary program serving patients across Indiana and surrounding states. Opportunity Highlights Join a comprehensive academic genetics program with broad subspecialty coverage Practice across general and specialty genetics, including cardiogenetics, cancer genetics, metabolic, and neurogenetics Work within a large, multidisciplinary team of physicians, genetic counselors, and advanced practice providers Flexible academic appointment at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level Balanced academic model with protected time for teaching, research, and scholarship “In-house” molecular, cytogenic, and biochemical diagnostic laboratory, including rapid whole genome sequencing. Strong statewide referral base with high demand and long patient wait times The RoleThe Clinical Geneticist will provide inpatient and outpatient services across Riley Hospital for Children, University Hospital, and Methodist Hospital.
