About the Role:

As a full-time Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and educating patients and families on care and treatment options

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care through effective assessment, planning, and implementation of care
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address patient needs and concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours coverage
