You must be able to prep efficiently, cook consistently, and have the kitchen ready for service by opening time.What You'll Do:Prep ingredients and recipes for the dayCook and prepare food so kitchen is ready by opening (10:30 AM)Execute BBQ meats and sides with consistencyMaintain a clean, organized, and stocked stationWork with urgency to stay ahead of serviceWhat We're Looking For:2+ years kitchen experience (BBQ, grill, or prep preferred)Able to move fast and stay focused in a busy kitchenReliable and on time — no late arrivalsCan work independently without constant directionStrong work ethic and team mindsetSchedule:Morning shift (start around 8:00–8:30 AM)Must be ready for service by 10:30 AMWeekend availability requiredWhat You Get:$22–$24/hr depending on experience + tip shareGrowth opportunity as the business expandsTeam mealsFast-paced, no-drama work environmentLocation: 637 University Dr, Carson, CAApply if you can cook, move with urgency, and take pride in your work.
