Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Working in collaboration with the Supply Chain and Operational teams to determine optimal inventory levels• Providing recommendations and decision making on the fulfillment of sales orders from stock or mill production. • Planning and communicating reallocation of inventory on slow-moving sales orders• Providing guidance to the Operations team on the availability of material that requires secondary processing to improve production efficiency and timeliness of delivery• Ensuring inventory records are accurate• Coordinating inventory activities with third party processors and stocking locations• Communicating effectively with internal team about inventory allocations, transactions and shipments• Ensuring inventory transactions are processed to facilitate customer billing in a timely manner• Performing physical inventory reconciliations (both desktop audits and in-person counts)• Providing guidance on inventory replenishments needs• Researching and resolving inventory discrepancies• Filing and organizing documentsInventory Coordinators are an integral part of the Skyline team. Successful candidates will bring excellent in-person, verbal, and written communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, and continuously work towards developing new skills. 10% travel is required.
