Ideal Candidate Profile
The client is specifically looking for a seasoned, hands-on SAP CRM migration expert/architect , not a typical consultant who has only worked within a large team with narrowly defined responsibilities.
The strongest candidates will have personally owned or driven CRM-to-ECC migration architecture and implementation , understand complex ECC customizations, and be comfortable getting into the technical details when needed.
Position Overview
Client is seeking a seasoned SAP CRM professional / Architect with strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM-to-SAP ECC migration . Crestron's world headquarters is located in Rockleigh, New Jersey.
This is a specialized role for a senior-level professional who can work hands-on with CRM migration architecture and execution while navigating a highly customized SAP ECC environment . The candidate should understand how CRM migration impacts existing ECC customizations and be capable of making sound architectural and technical decisions.
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CRM .
- Proven experience with SAP CRM migration/integration to SAP ECC .
- Strong SAP CRM-to-ECC architecture experience.
- Ability to work hands-on rather than functioning solely in a high-level advisory or management capacity.
- Experience dealing with customized SAP ECC environments , particularly where existing customizations extend beyond the CRM migration.
- Strong understanding of CRM and ECC integration points, dependencies, and data flows.
- Experience analyzing the impact of CRM migration on existing ECC customizations and business processes .
- Ability to troubleshoot complex migration and integration issues.
- Strong architectural decision-making and technical ownership.

- Salesforce experience.
- Experience with SAP CRM modernization or transformation initiatives.
- Experience working across SAP CRM, ECC, and downstream/upstream enterprise systems.
- Experience in environments with significant custom SAP development and integrations .
