The Clinic Manager II provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of the clinic. Ensures strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care or related field.
• 2 years of experience, or proven equivalent performance in leadership and managerial skills.
• Clinic management experience.
• Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments.
• Multi-specialty clinic management.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
