About the Opportunity

We are seeking two dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team and support students across the Dallas, Grand Prairie, and Arlington area. This is a full-time, school-based position serving K–8th grade students, providing evaluation, intervention, and consultation services that help students achieve academic and communication success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments for students in grades K–8.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services in accordance with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply if applicable.
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
