Assistant Branch Manager

We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our growing organization as an Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities Assist in operations of the store, including customer relations, sales, and staff management. Work with existing and new customers to generate revenue opportunities for the store and execute the plan to capitalize on those opportunities. Handle COD accounts. Log lost sales. Review and report on sales numbers. Manage invoices. Review credits. Collaborate with salespeople to visit customers. Ensure customers receive deliveries in a timely fashion. Follow up with customers who are not contacting the store. Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience as a professional counter person or assistant manager in the automotive industry. Knowledge of automotive parts preferred. Experience with AS400 and/or terminal services a plus. Comfortable working on a PC. Outstanding customer relations skills. Strong personnel management skills. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated drive to achieve results. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Clean or valid driver’s license preferred. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, stand or walk up to 10 hours, squat, bend, reach, and climb stairs safely (for locations with stairs).
