We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care and oversee the daily activities of Nursing Assistants at our Skilled Nursing Facility in East Moline, Illinois.

About the Role:

As an LPN or RN at Allure of Moline, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising Nursing Assistants and coordinating daily shift activities
• Facilitating admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Completing and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Receiving and transcribing physician orders
• Administering medications and treatments
• Providing skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, and catheterization
• Monitoring compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Maintaining confidentiality of resident information
• Fostering a calm, respectful, and resident-focused environment
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Pay & Incentives:

• LPN: $33.99 - $35.02 hourly
• RN: $41.20 - $42.23 hourly
• Shift Differentials
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (Part-Time, paid over 1 year)
• Experience-Based Pay: Based on Illinois licensure

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN or LPN license in Illinois
• CPR certification required
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to think critically and work independently

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move throughout the facility during shifts
• Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 lbs (occasionally more as needed)
• Assist with resident evacuation in emergency situations
• Meet all health and physical requirements per facility policy
