Shuttle Bus Driver

Job Information Position: Shuttle Bus Driver Licensure: Chauffeur's license required upon employment Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Pay: $18 per hour Wages on Demand – Daily pay available Generous PTO Qualifications Minimum of 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle Chauffeur's License with a clean driving record Strong compassion and care for senior residents Ability to remain timely, patient, and accommodating; maintain a strict schedule and familiarity with local routes Physical ability to lift 25 pounds Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Responsibilities Assist residents in safely boarding and alighting the bus, using lifts or transfers as needed Complete bus trip log and route records, ensuring safe and efficient operation Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of the bus Fill out daily inspection log at the start of each trip and submit when completed Demonstrate a positive attitude to support team performance and productivity General Working Conditions This position entails standing for long periods of time. Perform duties while communicating effectively, sitting, standing, walking, and using hands for keyboards, telephones, paper, files, and other equipment. Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
