Happen Bank is seeking a senior legal professional to provide strategic and tactical legal support for consumer finance activities and across member experiences. You will act as a trusted advisor to business teams, guiding product development, regulatory training, third-party management, and contract drafting. You will monitor federal and state regulatory developments, ensuring operational readiness, and work with Compliance and Risk on investigations and examinations.
