Position Details:
The PCU is a unit that provides care to patients age 18 and older requiring a higher level of care and surveillance than a general med/surg floor but not presenting the need for critical care in an intensive care unit. Unit specific certifications required include ACLS, basic dysrhythmia interpretation, NIHSS and ASLS, these classes are offered through Mercy and should be completed upon 90 days from hire.
