This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and assisting production teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Candidates must have previous machine operation and/or production line leadership experience and be comfortable working in cold and wet conditions./ph3Essential Functions Responsibilities/h3ulliOperate packaging and production machinery safely and efficiently/liliLead and support production team members to achieve daily production goals/liliComplete daily paperwork and tablet-based production reporting accurately/liliMonitor product quality and ensure food safety standards are maintained/liliAssist with troubleshooting minor machine and production issues/liliMaintain a clean and organized work environment/liliFollow all company safety procedures and GMP/food safety guidelines/liliCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members throughout the shift/liliSupport production flow and packaging operations as needed/li/ulh3Skills Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum of 2 years of machine operation and/or production line leadership experience required/liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills/liliAbility to accurately complete digital and written production documentation/liliComfortable using tablets, digital forms, and production systems/liliStrong communication and leadership abilities/liliAbility to work in a cold, wet manufacturing environment for extended periods/liliBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required/liliAbility to stand for up to 10-hour shifts/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliReliable transportation required/liliMust be able to pass a drug screen and background check/liliMust follow all food safety and company procedures at all times/li/ulpAbout Cardinal Staffing/ppAt Cardinal Staffing, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
