Quality Technician

We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team and support receiving inspection activities within a medical device manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, performing dimensional measurements using precision inspection equipment, documenting inspection results, and maintaining accurate records within the ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspection of incoming materials and components.
• Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, laser micrometers, and Keyence CMM systems.
• Review and document inspection results to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Enter inspection and quality data into the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with quality and manufacturing teams to identify and address nonconforming materials.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established quality procedures and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience performing receiving inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency using dimensional inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and related measurement equipment.
• Experience working within the medical device industry.
• Microsoft Office experience, including data entry and documentation.
• ERP system experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience.
• Experience operating and programming Keyence CMM equipment.
