Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license and appropriate certifications
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience supporting pediatric populations within educational or healthcare settings
• Strong collaboration skills to work with teachers, staff, and families
• Flexibility and organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Regularly communicate progress to parents, teachers, and school teams
• Provide therapy for groups and individual students, adapting interventions as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely records, assessments, and progress notes
• Advocate for speech and language needs within the school environment
