Senior Freight Operations Coordinator | Dallas, TX | Hybrid working schedule An excellent opportunity for an experienced freight forwarding professional to join an established international logistics company in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone with strong Air & Ocean Import/Export experience who can manage shipments from start to finish while providing excellent customer service. Salary up to $72,000, depending on experience. Hybrid working: 3 days in the Dallas office / 2 days from home. Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with company match. Key Responsibilities Manage Air & Ocean Import and Export shipments from booking through final delivery. Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams. Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation. Handle bookings, rates, routing, tracking, and shipment updates. Monitor shipments and proactively resolve operational issues. Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely invoicing. Provide professional customer service and regular status updates. Support the wider operations team and assist with process improvements. Requirements 3+ years of experience within an international freight forwarding environment. Strong Air & Ocean Import and Export experience. Good understanding of international shipping documentation and procedures. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and customer-service focus.
