Sr. Specialist, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Functions

Abbott seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions including finance and accounting roles across the enterprise. The role combines strategic workforce planning, candidate sourcing and assessment, and partnership with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruitment support and consultative partnership for corporate function hiring needs
• Develop and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies using workforce data and market insights
• Source, engage, and cultivate talent pipelines for finance and accounting roles across the enterprise
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and present qualified slates to hiring teams
• Monitor recruiting performance metrics and manage offer negotiation and acceptance processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
• 5+ years recruiting experience focused on corporate functions
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Effective communication skills across organizational levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

Compensation: $78,000.00 – $156,000.00 base
