Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized care to patients requiring wound management.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Administer expert wound care treatments and management.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for precise documentation and patient tracking.
• Float within the same discipline across local facilities as necessary.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to promote comprehensive patient care.
• Be available to work 1-2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).

Qualifications

• Wound Care Certification is required.
• Experience with EPIC is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting is necessary.
• At least one completed travel contract is preferred.
• Must not have been employed by UnityPoint in the past 12 months.
• A valid driver’s license and license verification are required.
• A skills checklist must be completed within one year of submission.
• One supervisory reference is required at the time of submission.
• Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.
