An exciting opportunity awaits at Washington County Airport for skilled A&P Mechanics to join a dedicated repair station team. You will be responsible for performing maintenance and inspections on corporate jets and general aviation aircraft, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy maintenance and inspections on corporate jets and general aviation aircraft, including models such as Falcon, Gulfstream, Learjet, Hondajet, Hawker, Cessna, Challenger, Piper, and King Air.
• Utilize your A&P license and extensive experience to ensure aircraft are maintained to the highest standards.
• Conduct repairs and phase maintenance on various aircraft components, including engines and airframes.
• Collaborate with a small team of mechanics to achieve operational goals and maintain aircraft readiness.
• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and guidelines during maintenance activities.

Essential Skills

• A&P License
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy maintenance on corporate jets, general aviation aircraft, or regional aircraft
• Experience with aircraft models such as Falcon, Gulfstream, Learjet, Hondajet, Hawker, Cessna, Challenger, Piper, King Air
• Capability to work with rotary wing aircraft and military experience with A&P's
• Possession of personal tools
• Willingness to work overtime

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prefer experience with Cessna Citation, Piper, and King Air
• Open to candidates with commercial aircraft experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
