What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional Urology care on a 24-hour call rotation
• Perform scheduled surgeries (3-4 per week) including ureteroscopy, lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and cystoscopy
• Manage inpatient and outpatient cases in a hospital setting
• Support patient care with diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedural interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases and high-acuity patients
• Document patient encounters accurately using Cerner EMR system
• Contribute to hospital coverage for emergencies and consults as needed

What You Need

• Board Certification (BC) or Build-Up Eligible (BE) in Urology
• Arizona medical license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA certification
• Minimum 1 year of Urology experience in a hospital or clinic setting
• Ability to work a 24-hour shift and callbacks within 2-6 hours

• Experience with complex urological procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience with Cerner EMR
