Join to apply for the Full Stack Engineer role at Valify The Full Stack Software Engineer III will be part of the Product & Technology Organization in Frisco, TX. Our specialty is healthcare analytics. Our customers are hospitals and they use our SaaS solution for analysis to reduce costs. In this role you will work on analytics software that allows its end users new ways for data to be analyzed. The software is a rule‑based engine that allows data to be carved out based on certain criteria. The tech stack is Angular (legacy Angular and JavaScript), backend is Node.js, Java for the services, and AWS is the environment. The team also uses Jenkins/Ansible and Terraform for creating forms on HTML. Responsibilities Implement custom reports, user dashboards, and other new features in a healthcare analytics web application Maintain existing features and fix bugs Develop back‑end controllers, services, and repositories using Spring Boot and Java Develop front‑end components and services using Angular, CSS, and HTML Write business queries and reports using PostgreSQL Automate deployment and management of platforms using cloud technologies Administer Linux servers and databases running in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment Optimize performance of database queries and front‑ and back‑end code Diagnose and hot‑fix production issues when necessary Participate in team meetings, retros, and code reviews Contribute to shaping product requirements and code architecture Perform other duties as assigned Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” and “Mission and Value Statement” Requirements Development skills with Java, Angular, Python, and/or other similar languages Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience with Jenkins and Ansible a plus Experience with Terraform a plus Development experience with Postgres, including advanced features Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or other VCS software Basic familiarity with Linux environment and terminal Experience in developing modern, scalable applications Experience with ETL processes or Analytics/Reporting applications Strong initiative, self‑motivated, and able to drive results with minimal guidance Comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity, and change Ability to proficiently handle tasks independently A professional, relaxed, and enthusiastic attitude Pragmatic focus on delivering business value, with a relentless focus on creating and measuring outcomes Demonstrated ability to value team over individual success by focusing on collaboration and progress instead of dogma Continuously seeks opportunities to learn and improve self and team Solid problem‑solving and analytical skills Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Supply chain or healthcare industry experience a plus Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Information Technology and Engineering Industries: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Child care support Paid maternity leave Disability insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
