Acute Psychiatric Unit Nurse Team Lead

DCH Health System

North Harbor, part of DCH Health System, seeks a Team Leader to serve as the unit-based clinical supervisor for the acute inpatient psychiatric unit. You will direct staff, manage patient flow, and coordinate shift assignments while ensuring quality of care under the unit manager. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required, with mentoring, in-services, and PI activities. The role requires strong nursing leadership, adherence to standards, and collaboration across departments to maintain safety #J-18808-Ljbffr
