Earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity Encourage additional products to complete the room Work as a team to achieve sales goals Explain financing and protection plans Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer’s needs Pay averages around $70,000 - $100,000 / year based on amount of commission and position location.
