Assistant Personal Training Manager (APTM)The Assistant Personal Training Manager plays a key role in delivering an exceptional fitness experience while driving personal training revenue and supporting team performance. This position blends hands-on coaching, client engagement, and leadership to ensure both members and trainers succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & EngagementConduct a set number of weekly new client onboarding sessions (scaled based on club size)Deliver high-energy introductory sessions that educate clients, build trust, and guide them toward results-driven programsHelp new members establish clear fitness goals and commit to a structured training planSales & Revenue SupportGenerate personal training revenue through effective consultations and relationship-buildingIdentify client needs and recommend appropriate training solutions (1-on-1, small group, specialty programs)Support monthly department sales targets and overall club performanceTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead by example through strong personal performance and professionalismProvide ongoing coaching and feedback to trainers on session delivery and client engagementAssist in onboarding and developing new trainers to meet company standardsMember ExperienceDeliver a high-quality, consistent experience for all membersBuild positive relationships and maintain strong communication with clientsAddress member concerns and escalate issues when neededMaintain a clean, organized, and professional training environmentOperations & Performance TrackingSupport tracking of key metrics including sessions delivered, new clients, and trainer productivityEnsure trainers are meeting expectations for availability, session completion, and client follow-upActively engage on the club floor to identify opportunities and support overall business performanceQualificationsExperience as a personal trainer or in a fitness coaching roleDemonstrated ability to drive results through client engagement and salesLeadership mindset with the ability to motivate and guide a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environmentWhat Success Looks LikeConsistently meeting or exceeding onboarding session targetsStrong personal training conversion rates and client retentionPositive influence on team performance and cultureHigh level of member satisfaction and engagementIdeal Candidate ProfileHigh energy, positive, and results-drivenComfortable balancing coaching, sales, and leadership responsibilitiesTakes ownership of both personal performance and team successThrives in a performance-based, goal-oriented environmentCompensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearFitness Growth Capital (FGC) is looking for high-energy, positive, and passionate people who are ready to bring the vibes, build a career, and make an impact.
