CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Rockland, MA. We’re seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who are ready to provide personalized care in clients’ homes and are available for both short- and long-hour shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individual care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to work short or longer shifts as scheduled
