Regional Growth Manager - Motor Finance & Introducers

Hodge MF is seeking a Regional Executive/Manager to cover Portsmouth, Isle of Wight and Redhill. You will acquire and onboard introducers, manage performance, and drive sustainable volume from dealer partners. You’ll oversee commission oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain forecasts, and deliver on lending targets while supporting dealers through training and deal structuring.
