Job Description
ICU - Registered Nurse

Schedule:
Shift: 12-hour Nights (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.)
Days: Weekdays with Every Other Weekend

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state
- Up-to-date resume with 2-3 years of ICU experience
- 2 recent references (Charge/Manager RN)
- Skills checklist matching specialty
- Driver's license with address matching demographics
- Current certifications: BLS & ACLS
- Preferred certifications: TNCC, PALS, CCRN
- EMR experience: Cerner preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced patient care in a critical care environment.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring safety and quality of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health issues and care plans.
- Document patient care activities in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must include RTO at the time of submission
- Floating to ED, Stepdown, and Med-Surg with modified assignments may be required
