Qualifications Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Massachusetts American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Prior experience in an SNF preferred Contract Details $2,124 - $2,347 per week* 13‑week contract with possibility of extension Skilled Nursing Facility Responsible for the overall day‑to‑day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax‑free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
