School Psychologist | Boston, Massachusetts

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid and current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Familiarity with assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing needs within a school setting

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments
• Develop and implement intervention plans for students
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student concerns
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
• Promote positive school climate and student well-being
