Accountant

Required work experience: at least 2 years in accounting and bookkeeping Who are we? Touch Support is a multinational Business Process Optimization company based in the United States. We have over 350 employees in the United States and Europe, and we are rapidly expanding our Accounting team to work with our clients. We are looking for several individuals motivated to develop their careers in finance and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment like ours. This is a fully remote position, and we have extensive experience successfully training and onboarding new team members online. For that reason, we are accepting applications from anywhere in Mexico! Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts; Process fortnightly payroll and all associated month-end reconciliations for payroll; Prepare month-end financial statements and perform general ledger reviews and balance sheet reconciliations; Prepare, verify, and process financial documents, including invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and business expenses; Verify balances in account books, rectify discrepancies, and manage day-to-day financial transactions and vendor communications. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; At least two years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience; Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal; Excellent analytical skills; Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; Detail-oriented and driven to meet expectations; Proactive problem-solving skills; Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, PointClickCare, Sage Intacct); Availability to work US business hours (7 AM - 3 PM CDT).
