Eleanor Nursing Care Center is looking for an exceptional Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our outstanding clinical team at our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in beautiful Hyde Park, New York.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee all nursing operations within our 120-bed skilled nursing facility.
Inspire, mentor, and develop a talented team of nursing professionals.
Partner with the Administrator and Regional Clinical Team to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous excellence.
Build a positive, resident-centered environment where both employees and residents thrive.

What We're Looking For

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous nursing leadership experience (Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, Unit Manager, or similar leadership role preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical best practices.
A compassionate leader who motivates others and leads by example.
