As a Customer Site Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing retail operations, driving business performance, and creating an outstanding customer experience. What you'll be doing: 

• Oversee inventory planning and control. 
• Lead retail operations and customer experience execution. 
• Drive sales and operational KPIs. 
• Partner with client stakeholders and internal teams. 
• Implement strategic retail initiatives. 
• Manage merchandising and promotional programs. 
• Support product sample and fulfillment processes. 
• Coach and develop store teams. 
• Build executive-level client relationships. 
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What's needed - Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant work experience. 
• 5+ years of retail operations experience. 
• People leadership experience. 
• Experience managing KPIs and results. 
• Knowledge of retail systems and POS tools. 
• Strong communication and analytical skills. 

 

What's needed - Preferred Qualifications: 

• Retail store within a corporate office experience.
• Executive stakeholder engagement experience. 
• Visual merchandising and inventory planning expertise. 
• Process improvement experience.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
