As the external trade compliance environment evolves, Mattson Technology now operates independently from the parent company in product, business, and operations, serving customers outside of China.The role will support Mattson's trade compliance program and work closely with Shipping, Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and outside logistics providers with strong U.S. export/import compliance experience, with particular emphasis on the EAR.Key Qualifications:5+ years of import/export compliance experienceStrong knowledge of EAR, OFAC, U.S. Customs, and foreign trade regulationsECCN and HTS classification experienceSAP experience preferredAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsKey Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day export and import compliance activitiesPerform ECCN and HTS classificationsMaintain denied party screening and deemed export processesSupport licensing, audits, and compliance monitoring activitiesCoordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokersAssist with cross-functional trade compliance initiativesProvide guidance to internal stakeholders on import/export requirementsSupport and maintain Mattson's overall trade compliance programJob Info:Job Identification 3142Job Category LegalJob Schedule Full timeLocations 47131 Bayside Parkway, Fremont, CA, 94538, US
