The position ensures the needs of the residents, resident families, and nursing aides are met during the care delivery process. Pay Rate $29.00 to $34.00 hourly base rates based on LPN credentials. Daily pay – Get paid the same day or the next day if needed. Responsibilities Assist in the responsibility for total patient care within the nursing unit, and the management of the unit. Provide direct nursing care to patients. Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON. Supervise and assume responsibility for the actions and care delivered by the nurse associates, including monitoring and responding to all policies and procedures regarding such duties. Administer medication and treatment per physician orders specific to the patient. Instruct and observe that care is implemented per physician/clinician or based on standard of practice. Assist and direct in the admission/discharge process of patients. Qualifications Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a current license in the state in which the applicant is practicing. Maintain licensure (complete CE requirements) and CPR certification. Have a sincere desire to work with elderly and enjoy working directly with residents, staff, and families.
