Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate physical therapy evaluations and treatments to help pediatric patients reach their goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and abilities
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to deliver coordinated care
- Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
- Participate in orientation and ongoing learning opportunities
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State or eligibility to obtain one
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- New graduates welcome; pediatric or orthopedic experience a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
