Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist: Hands-On Impact

Aviator Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based therapies for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in home health patients. You will conduct assessments, develop plans of care with the care team, and provide hands-on therapy with thorough documentation. Texas licensure and a current Texas driver’s license are required, with at least two years in acute or rehab settings; home health experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aviator-Home-Health
