Customer Service Representative

Location: Omaha, NE | Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Compensation: $19-21/hour Overview A growing company is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join its customer service team. This role plays a key part in supporting customers and outside sales representatives with daily activities, including contract review of incoming sales orders and ensuring order accuracy from entry through fulfillment. What you'll do Confirm receipt of orders received via e-mail Review and enter e-mail orders for accuracy and completeness based on customer and company requirements Routinely update internal systems with ship-to addresses, contacts, and prospects Communicate effectively with customers regarding discrepancies or changes needed on orders Work and communicate with the outside sales team and other internal departments to meet customer requirements Enter and track customer concerns or complaints Serve as an active member of the Operator ACD phone line Assist with other projects as assigned Required qualifications Typing skills of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy Proficient use of Office 365 Good communication and critical thinking skills High degree of diligence Ability to work at a fast pace with several interruptions and some time pressure Proficient use of Windows XP operating system and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication skills to interact with team members, customers, outside sales, and other internal departments Good critical thinking skills to resolve questions and problems related to orders Strong organizational skills Preferred qualifications Industrial sales background is a plus, but not a requirement Compensation and benefits $19-21/hour Why this role This is an opportunity to be an important part of a customer service team, ensuring accurate order processing and playing a direct role in supporting both customers and the outside sales team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Software Placement Group, SPG
