Job Summary:

The Physical Therapy Assistant supports patient rehabilitation by executing specific physical therapy procedures under the supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. They assist in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining clinical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Execute prescribed modalities and therapeutic exercises tailored to patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Assist in assessing patient responses and progress during treatment sessions.
  
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment adhering to department standards.
  
  
• 
  Complete daily clinical notes and discharge documentation accurately and promptly.
  
  
• 
  Support the clinical team in patient care delivery across diverse age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
  
  
• 
  Follow facility policies and safety protocols to ensure optimal patient care and compliance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Active Oklahoma state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  
  
• 
  BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years outpatient and PTA experience.
  
  
• 
  Recent traveler experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work under supervision and follow treatment plans effectively.
  
  
• 
  Strong documentation and communication skills.
