Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of UX Research experience\n\t• Strong qualitative research experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.\n\t• Experience working within an ecommerce company\n\t• Experience creating research briefs, discussion guides, research plans, and research summaries.\n\t• Ability to synthesize findings and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.\n\t• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience.\n\t• Experience partnering with stakeholders to intake and prioritize research requests.\n\t• Knowledge of quantitative data and experience using Adobe Analytics\n\t• Ability to conduct user testing \n\t• Bachelor's degree
• Background in UX/UI\n\t• Experience with quantitative data or data analysis \n\t• Experience working at a research agency (AnswerLab or similar).\n\t• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and experience optimization initiatives. Job Description Insight global is hiring for a UX Researcher for one of our Fortune 500 clients. This individual will evaluate incoming research requests and determine whether existing insights can answer the business need or if new research is required. They will create research briefs, study plans, surveys, and discussion guides, then conduct user interviews, usability studies, and other qualitative research activities to gather customer feedback. The individual will synthesize findings into clear research summaries, presentations, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders across Product, Design, Content, and Digital teams. They will also leverage quantitative data from tools such as Adobe Analytics to support and strengthen research findings. Throughout the process, they will manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate insights to stakeholders, and help maintain a library of existing research to drive informed decision-making and improve the customer experience. This is a 12-month ongoing contract position with a pay rate of $60-$65hr.
