OR - Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication use. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in professional development. Key Responsibilities Develops and documents personalized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Qualifications & Skills RN license required; Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree needed; Bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience required; less than 2 years experience preferred for advanced education. Preferred skills include ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and demonstrate clinical competence.
