Full-Time Compensation & Benefits Manager

Role Overview A Senior Manager in Compensation & Benefits within a global tax services practice, responsible for leading client engagements related to corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and IPOs. Key Responsibilities Manage teams providing tax and operational advisory on employee reward programs, including post-transaction integration of compensation, benefits, and share-based plans worldwide. Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, advising on technical, compliance, and operational matters, while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Oversee daily engagement operations, managing project quality, risk, financial performance, and ensuring timely billing and collections. Contribute to business development and present insights internally and externally, fostering client trust and identifying new opportunities. Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth. Qualifications & Skills Minimum seven years of experience in employer benefit strategies, including benefits, global compensation, employment tax compliance, M&A advisory, and related areas. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; law degree or professional certifications (CPA, EA, JD, MBA, etc.) preferred. Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, multinational client engagements. Exceptional analytical, advisory, communication, and presentation skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
