What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you'll work one-on-one with individuals throughout the Peoria and Northwest Valley area, providing personalized support in their homes and out in the community.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Helping individuals develop daily living and independent life skills
• Supporting community outings, recreation, shopping, and appointments
• Encouraging confidence, communication, and personal growth
• Assisting with personal care when needed
• Building meaningful relationships with individuals and their families
• Documenting services using our easy mobile app

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to complete paid training provided by Endeavor
