[Preferred]Responsible for providing quality patient care and continuously prioritizing multiple duties. [Preferred]Ability to function calmly and professionally during stressful situations. [Preferred]Utilization of assessment, reassessment, and critical-thinking skills in dealing with changes in patient outcomes. [Preferred]General knowledge of professional nursing principles and techniques, as well as the pharmacological process in the appropriate administration or delivery of medications. [Preferred]Skill to maintain effective working relationships with health professionals and others to foster an environment conducive to carrying out the mission of the facility. [Preferred]Skill to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, to direct the overall professional nursing services in a manner that encourages the open exchange of ideas and information.
