At HCW Hospitality, great food is a key ingredient to our guest experience. As a Cook, you'll prepare delicious and high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Your passion for cooking and attention to detail will help create memorable dining experiences.

As a Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to the menu. In this role, you will:

1. Follow recipes to prepare food items consistently and accurately.
2. Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and meets quality standards.
3. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
4. Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating.
5. Manage inventory and notify the supervisor of any shortages.
6. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
7. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.

We're looking for a dedicated, skilled culinary professional. To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• A passion for food and a commitment to quality.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
