Location: Rochelle Park, NJ
Position: RN Nurse Supervisor – Cart Nurse
Schedule: Full-Time, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: $105,000 annually

About the Role

Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Nurse Supervisor – Cart Nurse to join our nursing leadership team. This overnight leadership position is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the DON and ADON to oversee overnight nursing operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Supervise and support nursing staff while ensuring adherence to job responsibilities, facility policies, and clinical standards.

• Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and clinical practices.

• Provide clinical guidance and support to nurses and CNAs throughout the shift.

• Address resident care concerns, emergencies, and staffing issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist with facility surveys and maintain continuous readiness for regulatory inspections.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of nursing documentation and required reports.

• Promote a safe, professional, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the State of New Jersey .

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing .

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Strong clinical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during the overnight shift.
