Salary: $100,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• We require professional, hands-on C#/.NET software development experience and strong software engineering fundamentals, including experience building applications, APIs, integrations, or enterprise systems.
• You should have experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders to understand business problems and turn them into technical solutions.
• Were looking for someone who can work effectively when requirements are ambiguous or not fully defined, and who communicates clearly in writing and conversation.
• You must currently live in the Greater Houston area and be available to work onsite in Houston at least two days per week, including at client locations when needed. Relocation candidates are not being considered.
• You must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Preferred experience includes .NET 8 or .NET 10; Generative AI or LLM applications; RAG systems; vector databases and embeddings; retrieval pipelines and context management; agentic AI frameworks; tool or function calling and orchestration; Blazor; full-stack development; enterprise integrations; and technical consulting or client delivery.

• Architect and build production-ready AI solutions, including RAG systems, agentic workflows, and full-stack applications.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing client infrastructure while avoiding unnecessary wholesale system replacements or data migrations.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into technical requirements and system designs.
• Serve as a hands-on technical builder on cross-functional client delivery teams.
• Develop and manage context pipelines, retrieval systems, vector search, and data flows that help keep AI outputs accurate and grounded.
• Build, test, integrate, and deliver solutions within client engagement timelines.
• Explain architectural choices, technical tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Document completed systems and transfer knowledge so client teams can maintain and extend them.
